At StreamVault, we stand behind the quality of our service. This refund policy outlines when and how refunds are issued for our IPTV subscriptions.

1. 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service within the first 24 hours of activation, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you are entitled to a full refund.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be made within 24 hours of subscription activation
  • You must have contacted our support team and we were unable to resolve the technical issue
  • The service must not have been working on any compatible device or app
  • The issue must not be caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party app

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • After 24 hours from activation where the service was confirmed as working
  • Change of mind after the service has been activated and working
  • Issues caused by your internet connection speed or quality
  • Issues caused by third-party IPTV apps or device compatibility problems
  • Partial refunds for unused subscription time
  • Free trial packages (no payment was made)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team within 24 hours of activation via WhatsApp or email at [email protected]. Please include your order details, the email used to purchase, and a description of the issue you're experiencing.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. We reserve the right to investigate refund requests to prevent fraudulent claims.

6. Consumer Rights (UK)

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
